If you’re an Elfin Diaries customer, I can at least reassure you that your data is safe with me; I’ve spent the last few days installing new security software on the site to keep out hackers and other nasties, and looking at how I store customers’ records. If you have registered as a customer, you do not have to log in to buy anything. Registration simply saves you the bother of filing in the details at the checkout each time.

P&P charges
For 1 - 5 items, post & packing is a flat £1.50 per order to UK/RoI addresses, and £3.00 to all other countries.
For 6 items and over, per order, p&p is FREE to anywhere in the world.
Delivery Times
DIARIES: December & January – Diary orders will be despatched 1-2 times a week, by 1st class post. At all other times of the year I post these out about twice a week, by 2nd-class post, so they should arrive within 7 working days from ordering. But please let me know if you need your diary by a certain date.
T-SHIRTS, MUGS & BAGS: These are sent directly from the printing company; delivery is within 7 working days from order. CHRISTMAS DELIVERY: Orders for mugs, bags and T-shirts must be received on or before 28th November to be delivered before Christmas.
