Wadjet T-Shirt

Wadjet is one of the oldest Egyptian deities and is usually depicted as a cobra, a winged cobra, or a cobra-headed woman. Along with her sister Nekhbet she forms the uraeus (two cobras around the sun disc) in the Pharoah’s crown; as such, she is a protector goddess. Her sacred animals were the cobra, the ichneumon (a mongoose-like animal), and the shrew; she is associated with heat, fire growth and the harvest.
